Extraordinary Sevilla

Living far away from home often makes you remember how beautiful home is, even if you don’t necessarily miss it that much. That’s what happens with me and Sevilla.

A few months ago, I discovered an interesting facebook page which I’ve found myself revisiting quite a lot lately. It’s called Sevilla Insólita (Extraordinary Sevilla), and it features not only photos of the most beautiful monuments, but also everyday life scenes and old photos from different places and well known locals. Along with their descriptions, they help you to understand the history of this beautiful town much better.

The only downside is that all the descriptions are in Spanish, but well, I guess some online translators can make a decent job. Here are a few examples of what you can find in this facebook page :
